This program is supported by windows 3.1 and above.
To install, copy the 2 files into a directory of your 
choice.  To run either double click French2l.hlp in 
the file manager or explorer.  If you wish to make an icon 
drag the French2l.hlp from your file manager window into 
a program group of your choice.
